Guest Ratings & Reviews
I loved the hotel's perfect location in the old town of Zurich and the fantastic views from the rooftop terrace. The rooms were carefully designed and had all the comforts I needed. The staff was friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. However, the dining options were a bit limited, and the room size was smaller than expected.
The hotel overlooks the main pedestrian street filled with shops and restaurants, offering large and comfortable rooms. The staff is very likeable and helpful. However, the layout with numerous small stairs can be challenging for moving luggage around. The awesome rooms feature great views and even a balcony.
My stay at the hotel was truly delightful. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, making for a relaxing stay. The service was impeccable, with helpful and friendly staff always ready to assist. The location was great, within walking distance to all the attractions. The dining experience was enjoyable, especially the Portuguese tarts, although a bit more variety would have been appreciated. The facilities were top-notch, offering everything needed for a pleasant stay.
My stay at the hotel was delightful. The rooms, although small, were well-equipped with everything I needed and had a private spiral staircase leading to a lovely rooftop terrace with stunning city views. The bed was extremely comfortable, and there was a cozy sitting area. The only downside was the limited headroom, but the receptionist kindly assisted in changing the room without any hassle.
The hotel had very large and comfortable rooms with a huge, very comfortable bed, a lovely hot shower with Aesop toiletries, but was missing some basic amenities like hot drink making facilities and Swiss to UK adaptors. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The location was fantastic in the old town of Zurich, perfect for exploring the city. The dining experience offered a decent choice of breakfast items but was slightly lacking in variety. Overall, a lovely stay with a few minor room amenities missing.
I had a lovely stay at this hotel. The rooms were newly furnished with a sense of zen/minimalism, very plain and small but very comfortable after being recently refurbished, offering great value for money. The bright room I stayed in had 2 windows, making it feel airy and pleasant. The service was incredibly friendly and effectively supportive, making sure all my needs and questions were met with a smile. The location was fabulous, only a 10-minute walk from the main train station in the heart of the old town. However, bar noise on Friday and Saturday nights could be bothersome if you're a light sleeper. The dining experience was delightful, especially the fantastic breakfast selections, though not quite at a full continental level. The hotel facilities were top-notch, providing everything one could need for a comfortable stay.
