The staff was helpful. They assisted with luggage both before check-in and after check-out! blackout curtains worked perfectly, i appreciated this feature. the hotel offered umbrellas for use, thoughtful considering the weather.

There was no minibar available in the room. This meant going to the reception for access to a fridge.

The staff was friendly, I'll give them that. the location is pretty central. You can't really get lost.

My 'Large Double Room' turned out to be less 'large' and more 'cozy', or cramped, really. The ceilings were so low, I seemed like I was in a hobbit hole.

amazing location clean room friendly staff small double room uneven floor poor apology

the location was amazing. i found the rooms to be very clean with lovely decor. the staff were friendly and efficient. they helped with directions and enhanced my stay..

i was given a small double room though i paid extra for a large one. the receptionist explained that the hotel has rooms of different sizes. even after i explained that i had been downgraded, she never apologised and moved me to another room. the floor was uneven, so it was like i was being punished for asking for the room i had booked.
